I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel is nestled in a cozy area near the sea, and it's quite near the center of Sur. The room was spotless and cozy, the service top-notch, and the food delicious. However, the only downside was the decor felt a bit outdated at times.

Our hotel stay was a mixed experience. The location was quite near the center of Sur with restaurants nearby, but sadly nowhere near the beach. The rooms were comfortable with a double bed but had a very poor quality window. The service was excellent, especially at the reception desk, although it could have been a bit more efficient. The dining options were not included, which was a downside, but the gyudon dishes were delightful. Overall, the value for money was reasonable considering the amenities offered.
